Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. 38phcash does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. 38phcash will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance. In the event that a game or bet is interrupted by a system failure, 38phcash's liability is limited to returning the affected stake to the player's account.

Upon termination for breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where termination is for non-breach reasons (for example, platform withdrawal from a market), outstanding balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
